7-OH vs Kratom Safety
Natural kratom leaf contains less than 2% alkaloids, with mitragynine being the primary compound and 7-OH only present in tiny fractions (usually less than 0.05%).
Modern 7-OH extracts, tablets, and shots artificially elevate these levels. This drastically changes the safety profile.
